Every lasting impact is built on a leadership philosophy. These are principles that shape how we think about growth, influence, transformation, and the kind of leadership that endures beyond the individual.
Self-Leadership
It is impossible to lead others without first mastering how to lead yourself. Hence, the need for self-leadership. Self-leadership is the act of leading yourself by consciously and intentionally taking actions that push you closer toward who you desire to become and where you desire to be. The ability to govern oneself with discipline, clarity, and intentional action toward purpose, goals, and responsibility.
Transgenerational Transformational Leadership
This philosophy was borne out of the revelatory knowledge of God's assignment for my life — to raise a generation of transgenerational transformational leaders. This leadership philosophy is focused on influence that transcends the leader, impacting present and future generations through systems, values, and transformation that outlives the individual.
It is about leading in a way that outlives you, a way that ensures that the fruits of your transformation and influence not only inspire those around you today but also lay a foundation for generations yet unborn.
